What is Digital Pen & Paper........?

Our digital pen and form solutions are used in the same way as any other pen and paper form used in the workplace today. But the combination of digital pen and paper takes it one step further. Inside the digital pen there is a unique technology partnership of an infrared camera, an image processor ,and of course, a ball point ink cartridge. The digital paper has the innovative Anoto™ paper pattern overlaid across its surface which is almost invisible to the naked eye but fully visible to the pen.

This technology partnership enables handwriting numeric and drawing information to be digitally recorded and stored by the digital pen. The data can then be sent quickly and safely across the internet via a pen docking station and PC or Bluetooth enabled mobile or other wireless devices to this-tel’s dedicated service provider platform. Where it is processed and forwarded to designated recipients, e-process gateways or corporate networks globally in seconds. The end-to-end cryptography will ensure that data is secure from the second it leaves the pen until it reaches client databases and back office systems.

 How are forms sent...........?

By installing the this-tel router on a wide range of connection devices, PC’s, Mobile phones, Windows mobile devices, Blackberry or Wireless Access Points (Bluetooth). You can Stream data to and from this-tel’s service platform providing user interactivity, process confirmation and push services, securely with 128 bit encryption. It can also integrate and utilise value added functionality from the connection device it is using or additional devices and services it can connect to.

How are forms delivered............?

Once a form is completed the pen will connect and stream the information to the this-tel service platform via a secure internet transaction. The data is checked, processed and then forwarded to designated recipients, e-process gateways and back office systems.
